About Us
Bringing over 20 years building experience, we are a locally owned family business that takes pride and passion in our work. Nick and Marama, the owners, live on a farm in Koromiko with their four children and like to operate their business as a family based environment.

Every project that we manage, we treat as our own project and finish to the highest standard.
We stand behind the quality and craftmanship of our homes, years after any completed project. Our team offer expert advice right from the beginning and that includes helping you get the best plan possible through to managing and completing the entire project.
We specialise in the more complicated building sites, such as sides of hills and have experience with plenty of builds in the Marlborough Sounds. As a NZCB approved builder, all our new builds come with a 10 year Halo Guarantee!!
